This backvac has been carefully designed in co-operation with cleaning professionals and workplace ergonomists to give you a backpack vacuum cleaner that is both very effective and comfortable. It is very light, weighing in at only 4.1 kilograms.
The ergonomic, ventilated moulded back support and fully adjustable waist harness position the machine so it sits comfortably on your hips without interfering with your freedom of movement.

The shoulder straps are flexible with lamb wool covering so that they stretch easily and give extra comfort.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
This backpack vacuum cleaner is the most fully featured backvac you can buy. This model is fitted with an industrial strength vacuum motor, with thermal overload protection to ensure that you get the carefree, long life service you expect.

The 15 metre extra long power cable is detachable and may be easily replaced if it is damaged. A uniquely designed cable restraint secures the power cable to the machine.

If you want to use a power brush, you can plug it directly into the auxiliary power outlet on the machine. The power brush will then start when you switch on the backvac. Accessories include a crush proof hose, a pistol grip with air regulator, a telescopic wand and easy-glide floor tool. Dusting brush, upholstery tool and crevice tool are supplied as standard.

DUST FILTRATION
The backvac has a four-stage filtration system to give you one of the highest levels of dust retention. If you use the optional HEPA allergy filter, you can capture in excess of 99.99% of dust particules. The exhaust air could be cleaner than the air you normally breathe!

It is called "Turbo Filter" because the cyclonic action accelerates the normal vacuum airstream, like a turbine, to a much higher speed.

The powerful centrifugal forces that are created in this way then spin even the finest dust out of the airstream. Much of the powdered dust and fine particles of dirt that would normally end up in the dust bag or even in the vacuum motor are captured in the cyclonic filter. The Turbo Filter is especially effective in removing these very fine dust particles.

This seperator is a real breakthrough in vacuum technology. It acts as a first stage in the filtration process removing up to 90 percent of the fine dust particles from the airstream.

There are no expensive consumables like extra filter bags or filter cartridges required with the Turbo Filter. In addition, because most of the dust particles do not reach the vacuum cleaner, the normal dust bag will last much longer and remain cleaner and therefore more effective.

The Turbo Filter uses a transparent dust container, so that you can see when it needs emptying. If the Turbo Filter is used with a backpack vacuum cleaner, the dust container can be emptied without taking the vacuum cleaner off your back.

The Turbo Filter is very effective in capturing fine dust such as cement dust, gypsum, chalk and builder's dust. It may also help to prevent major damage to your motor caused by water being accidentally vacuumed up around water coolers and coffee machines, etc.

Fitting the Turbo Filter to the Clean Tech vacuum cleaner requires no special tools or modification. It simply fits between the wand and the pistol grip of the vacuum.
